Ardent Credit Union in Oaks is hosting a free workshop next week to help end the struggle of getting your kids to eat, entitled “French Fries to Foodies.”

Ardent Credit Union is hosting a free workshop to help end the struggle of getting your kids to eat, entitled “French Fries to Foodies,” on Thursday, Sept. 7 at its Oaks branch, located at 110 Black Rock Road.

Emi Kirschner, the co-author of Get Results! Learn the Fast Track to Success in Life and Business who specializes in stress management, will lead the workshop.

You will learn:

  • what your kids need to be healthy and why
  • what surprisingly common “kids foods” can contribute to allergies, ADHD, and weight gain
  • simple strategies that will make meal time more peaceful – even fun
  • the simple mindset shift that opens kids up to trying new food – and loving it
  • a game plan that works for kids from 4 to 14 and beyond
Emi Kirschner

A passionate foodie and lover of all things chocolate, kale, and coffee, Kirschner is on a mission to help 1,000 entrepreneurs who have a vision to make a difference in the world by building scalable businesses designed around the lifestyle they want to have.

Kirschner dispels the myth of “Life Balance” and instead shows how creating a fluid life and mastering the habits of productivity help increase sales, build leadership, achieve greater personal satisfaction, and enjoy better relationships.

“Anyone who is looking to make meaningful and long-term changes to their health, and life in general, should work with Emi,” said Erinn Wenrich, the owner of Brandywine Studio.

Networking is scheduled from 5:30-6 PM, while the workshop will run from 6-7:30 PM.
