PREIT has recently added around 80,000-square-feet of new entertainment options to its properties, including Plymouth Meeting Mall and Willow Grove Park Mall.

Over the last five years, PREIT’s non-anchor space dedicated to dining and entertainment has grown by 36 percent in line with its strategy of combining retail and entertainment.

PREIT recently signed leases with All In Adventures for three of its properties including Willow Grove Park. All In Adventures offers an all-age experience where teams are locked in a themed room and given 50 minutes to find clues and solve puzzles so they can escape.

Earlier this year, PREIT also leased 14,000-square-feet to 5 Wits at its Plymouth Meeting Mall. The new addition aims to continue the transformation of Plymouth Meeting Mall into a unique destination when it opens later this year. Part of this process has already been completed with the opening of LEGOLAND Discovery Center and Cyclebar earlier this year.

“Creating a diverse tenant mix is a key tenet at PREIT in this rapidly-changing retail climate,” said Joseph F. Coradino, CEO of PREIT. “The new concepts we are adding strengthen the appeal of our properties and will continue to drive new customers to our doors.”
