Sales and Marketing Coordinator
This position generates sales reports including win/loss data and pipeline and forecast information, coordinates vendors performing customer surveys and maintains survey data, and tracks and manages logistics for demo device usage.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, up to two years of prior business, sales, and/or marketing experience, pharmaceutical and/or CRO experience, and proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Logistics Deployment Coordinator
This position handles daily project logistics correspondence between logistics and the project teams, ensures that study supplies and equipment are ordered, allocated, and organized, and maintains the device certification library.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma, understanding and/or experience of clinical trials and the pharmaceutical industry, and excellent time management, communications, and organizational skills.

Director of Marketing
This position assists in the development and leads the execution of CRF Health’s marketing strategy, develops ROI models for marketing and sales activities, and assesses market and branding on upcoming services and products.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of marketing leadership experience, a minimum of six years of experience in the CRO and pharmaceutical services marketing space, and demonstrated success working in a small to mid-sized organization.

This position develops customized proposals and other client-oriented sales documents, manages client RFX expectations and deadlines, and manages the content and automation process in the proposal automation tool.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, or journalism, three to five years of business development or marketing writing experience, and a background within the field of clinical research, pharmaceuticals, and/or marketing communications.
