Corporate Assistant Controller

This position manages the process to collect and consolidate business unit financial results in preparation for the monthly financial close, oversees daily banking operations and debt facility administration, and ensures compliance with all SOX related controls.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, CPA licensure, a minimum of five years of assistant corporate controller experience for a public company, extensive knowledge of GAAP, and very strong technical skills with deep Excel expertise.

Corporate Benefits Manager

This position administers employee benefits and wellness programs, oversees COBRA administration with vendors, maintains compliance and knowledge with ACA regulations, and provides regular reporting and census data as requested.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, five years of experience in benefits administration, knowledge of various ERISA and DOL federal and state regulations, and experience with HRIS systems, preferably Ultipro.
