Community Life Leader

This position develops and facilitates each household’s plan to carry out resident personal interests and social activities, creates a diverse array of resident leisure time opportunities, and provides community life guidance for other staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, CTRS, NCAP, or NAAP certification, experience in social or recreational programming with senior citizens or in a health care setting, and demonstrable leadership abilities.

Speech Therapist

This position evaluates patients’ speech and language abilities including cognitive, dysphagia, and auditory abilities, plans and implements rehabilitative services for speech and language disorders, and selects and administers diagnostic and therapeutic techniques.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in speech-language pathology, a minimum of one year of experience as a speech/language pathologist, and Pennsylvania speech/language pathologist licensure.

Wellness Program Coordinator

This position develops, coordinates, manages, and maintains employee wellness programming, monitors and encourages program participation, and provides individual support and counseling in general wellness or nutrition.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a health science field, experience in wellness coaching, and excellent customer service, time management, communication, and organizational skills.
