Renowned Princeton restaurant Mistral, is branching out by opening a location in King of Prussia Mall, writes Craig LaBan for Philly.com.

It may seem an odd move, but Scott Anderson, chef and owner of the renowned Princeton restaurant, is relying on the evolving nature of malls to secure success.

“The initial dialogue in my head was probably what you thought it was,” said Anderson. “Am I really going to do this in a mall?”

Mistral aims to attract people with its diverse menu of high end fare alongside familiar mall items such as burgers and chicken wings. However, these are getting a makeover, as the crunchy wings are covered in a pineapple-Fresno chili glaze and the burgers include house-cured bacon jam.
