Davio’s Galleria Bakery & Café, an extension of the popular Davio’s Northern Italian Steakhouse, is now open in the King of Prussia Town Center.

Regardless of the time of day, meal you’re looking to buy, and money you’re willing to spend, Davio’s has the food market cornered in King of Prussia.

Davio’s – the name attached to eight Northern Italian Steakhouses along the East Coast, including a pair in the Greater Philadelphia area – has debuted an extension of its esteemed establishment, right across the street from its restaurant in the King of Prussia Town Center.

Whereas the Steakhouse offers an unmatched fine-dining experience and beef only rivaled by the meat from Ruth’s Chris and Morton’s, Davio’s Galleria Bakery & Café boasts a menu of spectacular items so affordably priced (less than $10) that you could eat three meals a day there.

Whether it’s a baked good (scone, croissant, or muffin) in the morning, or a flatbread, panini, soup, or salad in the afternoon and evening, the Galleria has your cravings covered from morning until night.

Short rib. Roasted chicken salad. Roast beef. Italian tuna salad. Applewood smoked bacon. Roasted turkey. Prosciutto cotto. Salami. Pistachio mortadella. Grilled spring vegetables. The list goes on and on.

As anyone who grew up in the City of Brotherly Love or within a stone’s throw of it knows, the key to a great sandwich is the bread. And the Galleria features Tuscan loaf, whole wheat sourdough, harvest grain bread, Italian long roll, and more, thus ensuring a whole new level of taste.

Also, spreads like horseradish aioli, basil pesto, avocado aioli, and sriracha aioli maximize the flavor of every bite.

One meal, which can be eaten there or on the go, is all it takes to realize that the same superlatives used to describe the Steakhouse – “classy,” “beautiful,” “superb,” “fabulous,” and “professional” – can also be applied to the Galleria.

Fazenda Coffee’s Nitro Cold Brew is already a hit among millennials at the Bakery & Café. According to its roasters, it is infused with nitrogen gas, kegged like beer, and served straight from the tap, creating a creamy, Guinness-like effect. The texture provides a much silkier mouthfeel than traditional cold brew.

Stop in for the Galleria’s Cold Brew Happy Hour, as Nitro and espresso shots are half-priced.

“The uniqueness of Davio’s in general is the fact that it’s a family, fine-dining restaurant,” said general manager Tumoor Haye. “With the Galleria now opening, we have something for everyone.

“We now have the breakfast crowd, the lunch crowd, and we now have the movie and concert crowd with our gelato.”

Oh, the gelato.

The stracciatella, chocolate, espresso, or salted caramel gelato will make you think you’ve died and gone to Italy.

Davio’s has certainly recreated in the suburbs the dining experience once exclusive to the city.

“Who wants to make that trek down the Schuylkill Expressway anymore?” asked Haye. “I can’t tell you how many people we have come in and tell us that they like our restaurant in Philadelphia, but they just don’t want to drive that far.”

Now, they won’t have to.
