Hit Cherry Hill independent bar and restaurant Farm & Fisherman Tavern has opened its first location in Montgomery County, writes Michael Klein for Philly.com.

Chefs Josh Lawler and Todd Fuller are featuring the restaurants classic farm-to-table approach in its comfortable and family-friendly atmosphere. Located at 575 Horsham Road across from the old Willow Grove Naval Air Station in Horsham, it is already open daily for dinner, with lunch and brunch to be added over the next few weeks.

Most of the entries on the menu are around $20, and include a variety of delicious options such as the Mediterranean Veg Plate, Roasted Atlantic Cod, and Chicken Baked in Hay.  These are similar to the dishes on offer at the original restaurant, but use ingredients produced locally in both Montgomery and Bucks County.

The Horsham location is also similar in size to the original Cherry Hill location with 26 seats at the bar and 125 places in the dining room and will also soon include outdoor seating for 32. The bar offers 20 draft beers sourced from regional breweries and wineries and also offers cocktails created from its wide variety of house-made bitters, amaros, sodas, and shrubs.
