The ideal candidate will preferably possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing, excellent knowledge of third party insurance plans and the managed care environment, and a minimum of five years of previous management experience or seven years of medical practice experience.

This position provides support for interns and their assigned departments by ensuring that the intern completes assigned tasks properly, reporting complications and challenges, facilitating conflict resolution, and developing strategies that support the interns in completing their responsibilities independently.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing or a related field, though a master’s degree in nursing is preferred, a current Pennsylvania RN license, three to five years of clinical experience, and prior management or related leadership experience.
