King of Prussia District officials opened the demonstration project of THE PARK at a ribbon cutting ceremony held on Wednesday.

A number of local officials, industry partners, and members of the community gathered to witness the ceremony at 650 Park Avenue, in the very heart of the King of Prussia business park.

Phase one will transform the private lawn areas stretching from Gulph Road to American Avenue into a beautiful public park boasting multi-use sidewalks, lush landscaping, and pedestrian lighting. This area will also include active workstations, recreational games and benches.

“THE PARK will be an extremely valuable recreational amenity for residents and employees,” said Eric Goldstein, King of Prussia District Executive Director.

The project is expected to be completed by early 2019.
