Staff Accountant I

This position assists in the preparation of financial data and the preparation and analysis of compliance data, completes account reconciliations and payroll tax payments, and helps develop efficient accounting processes and an internal control structure.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with a 3.0 or higher GPA, one to three years of accounting experience in a corporate setting, and a minimum of one year of experience with taxes or payroll.

This position applies customer payments accurately and in a timely manner, performs daily reconciliations of cash accounts, investigates and resolves customer payment issues, and responds to policy and procedure inquiries.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and less than a year of work experience or some college and a minimum of three years of accounts receivable experience, outstanding customer service skills, and intermediate skills with Microsoft Office.

Systems Support Desk Technician

This position supports all Eclipse applications, including sales order entry, accounts payable, and inventory, documents calls in the tracking system, assists with new user creation and printer setup, and provides documentation and training as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, a minimum of one year of experience working with Eclipse applications, and strong customer service and communication skills.
