Event for Montgomery County Employers, Untapped Potential, a Source of New Employees is a free pot luck and candid conversations about hiring people with disabilities!

Hosted by Integrate for Good, The Partnership TMA of Montgomery County, and Perkiomen Valley Brewery.

Employers are invited to chat about being an inclusive workplace that is not only good for your community but also good for your bottom line.

• Do you know that hiring people with disabilities also bring in more revenue?

We’ll also chat about different transportation strategies for your employees to reduce barriers they face in getting to work.

Their panel of experts include, Dr. Bev Schwartz Weinberg, Kelly Weiss, owner of Perkiomen Valley Brewery, Jacqui Baxter-Rollins, Executive Director of The Partnership TMA of Montgomery County and Dr. Cait Rosica, Philadelphia Director of Neurodiversity Employment Network.
