This position programs and conducts sample management for quantitative research projects, generates monthly reports that track omni-channel customer satisfaction, and assists in the analysis of quantitative survey data.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in market research, business, or a related field, one to three years of experience working in a market research function, and experience in quantitative research, including sampling, analysis, and reporting.

Production Support Analyst
This position performs diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve hardware, software, application, and business process issues, translates business needs into functional development and technical requirements, and helps guide the QA process.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a related field and one to three years of work experience in retail and/or a consulting firm, preferably in the areas of finance, merchandising, eCommerce, or supply chain.

MicroStrategy Developer
This position participates in the agile lifecycle of the MicroStrategy solution, including design, development, testing, migration, documentation, and production support, optimizes SQL for best performance, and collaborates on the development of ad-hoc reports.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field, three years of experience with MicroStrategy solutions, and experience with narrowcast, report distribution services, and automated datamarts.
