IKEA, the Swedish furniture giant with its U.S. headquarters in Conshohocken, is expanding on its Safer Homes initiative by introducing its new child safety app.

Fortune has published its annual list of the 100 best employers in the country, and unsurprisingly IKEA’s U.S. business arm has made the cut again, writes Michelle Caffrey for Philadelphia Business Journal.

This year, the Swedish furniture giant with its headquarters in Conshohocken has landed at 72, just below last year’s ranking of 63.

This is IKEA’s fifth year on the list thanks in part to its egalitarian and inclusive culture where every voice matters and people feel appreciated no matter their background.

According to the Great Place to Work review of the company, 88 percent of IKEA’s U.S. employees feel good about the ways they contribute to the community, 88 percent also believe they have special and unique benefits working at the company, and 85 percent said that they are proud to tell other people they work at IKEA.

Among the perks offered to employees are telecommuting, job sharing, compressed work weeks, domestic partner benefits for same-sex couples, a non-discrimination policy that includes sexual orientation, sick days, health insurance for part-time workers, and college tuition reimbursement.

In addition, each location has a diversity and inclusion ambassador to promote equality.
