Inside Sales Manager

This position works with channel partners and account managers to lead and manage a high-volume, inbound lead environment, qualifies new business to meet sales goals, and functions as a subject matter expert in online food ordering technology and food technology integrations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, five to seven years of experience in technology related sales or business development, and a minimum of three years of sales management experience working for technology vendor selling enterprise solutions.

Project Coordinator

This position works with the project management team to tackle a queue of daily tasks, conducts data entry and proofreading of menus and menu updates where needed, drafts customer service reports, and identifies creative solutions to recurring issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience, a minimum of two years of project management or customer service experience, and the ability to analyze customer related data and draw conclusions leading to improvement initiative recommendations.

Customer Service Representative

This position handles inbound user and client communications, manages the online ticketing system, dispatches delivery orders to on-demand drivers in the area, manages customer impacting issues, and challenges any negative effects on the customer experience prior to new launches.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and work experience, a minimum of two years of customer service experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and SharePoint.
