Operations Project Manager

This position will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control, and completion of specific technology projects. This position will work closely with both the functional and the technical areas coordinating the project phases from beginning to end. The successful candidate will ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have three to five years of progressive Project Management experience. He/she should have a proven track record of success in managing enterprise-wide projects with proven leadership, teamwork, and client management experience. The person must have demonstrated work experience with project management methodology and project management software.

Project Coordinator

This position will assist in liaising among client, internal departments, and partners to provide clear and accurate program guidance for customers. He/she is responsible for data entry and proofreading of certain menus and menu updates where needed, and will draft customer service reports and identify creative solutions to recurring issues. The person will proactively seek new ways to provide customers and restaurant clients with a superb experience.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least two years of project management or customer service experience. He/she should have demonstrable proficiency of Microsoft Office including Excel, SharePoint, and Word. The person should have the ability to deep dive/analyze customer-related data and draw conclusions leading to improvement initiative recommendations.

Inside Sales Manager

This position will partner with channel partner and account managers to lead and manage a high-volume, inbound lead environment. His/her success is measured by building a results-driven process that attains activity-based metrics and qualifies new business to meet sales goals. The person will become a subject matter expert in online food ordering technology and food technology integrations, and impart this knowledge to the team.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have five to seven years of technology-related, sales, or business development experience. He/she should have at least three years of sales management experience working for technology vendor selling enterprise solutions. The person will have a proven track record of metrics and quota obtainment.
