Mortgage Trainer
This position designs and implements targeted training programs, coordinates training strategies with senior management, and evaluates and quantifies the effectiveness of training programs, making appropriate improvements as needed.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of experience in a comprehensive training capacity, strong knowledge of adult learning principals and professional sales techniques, and mortgage banking experience.

Building Information Modeling Manager
This position develops and implements BIM workflows, processes, and standards, works with the IT department to test features and functionality, and manages software products, including implementation, training, and support.
The ideal candidate will possess five to seven years of production experience in design, drafting, or engineering, in-depth working knowledge of current BIM versions, and experience interpreting and understanding construction documents.

This position is responsible for data entry and audit of employee pay data, audits payroll hours and earnings, monitors time keeping statuses to ensure all entries are completed, and assists with unemployment correspondence and hearings.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years of payroll processing experience and knowledge of PeopleSoft, FLSA hours reporting, IRS reporting requirements, Tax exempt deductions, state and local tax withholding, and more.
