Supervisor – Contact Center

This position manages the daily activities of the Contact Center by monitoring calls received by department staff, monitoring policy compliance, and developing and implementing training, coaching, and incentive programs to ensure quality service and appropriate results are achieved.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years of experience in an inbound call center, and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in customer service, a call center, or a related environment.

IT Trainer

This position defines and executes the overall training and orientation strategy for all IT systems, works with stakeholders to coordinate the time and location of training, and evaluates the effectiveness of the training to specific job applications.
