Human Resources Benefits Manager

This position manages the company’s HR department, responds to escalated HR personnel issues, ensures regulatory compliance, and oversees programs administered by HR, including health/welfare benefits, retention, and compensation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a relevant discipline, HR certification, working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, and thorough knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning personnel administration in a healthcare facility.

Supervisor – Contact Center

This position manages the daily activities of the Contact Center by monitoring calls received by department staff, monitoring policy compliance, and developing and implementing training, coaching, and incentive programs to ensure quality service and appropriate results are achieved.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or a minimum of three years of experience in an inbound call center, and a minimum of two years of supervisory experience in customer service, a call center, or a related environment.

IT Trainer

This position defines and executes the overall training and orientation strategy for all IT systems, works with stakeholders to coordinate the time and location of training, and evaluates the effectiveness of the training to specific job applications.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, technical training, or a relevant field, a minimum of two years of work experience in a similar position, and knowledge of training and instructional design technologies, processes, and best practices.
