Willow Grove private equity firm Azzur Group has acquired Learnaboutgmp, an online training and education platform for biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device companies.

This platform makes it possible for pharmaceutical companies to significantly increase their compliance knowledge. This acquisition will also allow Azzur Group, which has holdings in the life sciences consulting industry, to offer its clients convenient and actionable training.
