The Paoli-based Malvern Bancorp, parent company of Malvern Federal Savings Bank, is reintroducing its insurance subsidiary, Malvern Insurance Associates, LLC.

The company will offer commercial insurance; life, health, and long-term care insurance; and fixed annuities in its traditional Philadelphia Main Line geography and from its new offices in Morristown, N.J., and Quakertown.

The Quakertown office, which will serve customers in Bucks and Montgomery counties and the Lehigh Valley, is expected to open in the first quarter of 2017.

“With the reintroduction of our insurance subsidiary, Malvern now provides clients a rich array of financial services, including commercial and personal insurance, commercial and personal lending, private banking, wealth management, and investment advisory services and more.”

Malvern Insurance Associates will be headquartered at 42 East Lancaster Avenue, Suite 102, in Paoli.
