Supply Chain Analyst

This position analyzes the customer distribution network to determine which location will best serve the customer while providing the lowest cost. He/she works closely with other businesses to provide best practice solutions for customers. The person develops logistics analytical tools to support measurements and initiatives for all logistical departments. He/she looks for continual efficiency gains in all areas of logistics with a focus on service.

The ideal candidate will have three to five years of experience with supply chain analytics. A bachelor’s degree in business logistics, MIS, or a related field is a plus. The person will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer commitments.

Financial Analyst

This position prepares and inputs journal entries and prepares account analyses and reconciliations relevant to the assigned area of responsibility. He/she processes journal entries and provides support documents for the accounts payable area. The person assists in compiling, reviewing, and analyzing the monthly financial statements including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. An MBA or CPA certification is a plus. He/she will have no more than two years of experience. The person must have an understanding of GAAP and strong Excel skills.

Facilities Manager

This position is responsible for the overall maintenance and upkeep of the building while meeting the company’s defined expectations. He/she manages the building and grounds contracts, including work scope for a variety of areas. The person manages facility related projects utilizing direct reports and outside contractors to complete work within the identified budget. He/she proactively identifies areas for improvement for the building and department.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree or equivalent, though a bachelor’s degree is preferred. He/she will be knowledgeable of building codes and contract management. The person will have good overall mechanical, piping, general construction, electrical, and instrumentation aptitude.
