Digital Marketing Specialist
This position manages third party and performs day-to-day management and optimization tasks for SEM programs across the Google and Bing search platforms. He/she executes, adjusts, and continually improves digital marketing campaigns to meet sales and marketing objectives. The person assists with the development of performance reports that will analyze data from several campaign sources including SEM platforms, Facebook, select email systems, and Google Analytics.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business administration. He/she will have two to three years of relevant experience. The person must have experience using customer segmentation techniques in marketing campaigns.

This position reviews spend data from multiple sources systems to perform detailed analyses and translate opportunities into clear sourcing plans. He/she creates, analyzes, and manages the compliance reporting process. The person develops training and mitigation plans for non-compliant users. He/she leads the negotiation with key suppliers on agreements for materials and services while developing strategic supplier partnerships.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a business-related major. He/she will preferably have a minimum of two years of experience in a finance or audit role. The person will have five to eight years of procurement-related experience. He/she will have experience with contract negotiation and contract management in a strategic sourcing environment.

This position establishes relationships with prospective customers through the use of various prospecting techniques. He/she builds connections and interfaces with decision-makers in potential client organizations. The person works with the sales manager and vendors to learn solutions and sales techniques. He/she prepares and presents sales proposals to current and prospective customers.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in a sales position with all sales competencies needed to establish and grow the customer base. He/she will possess the sales skills needed to retain customers and expand business. The person will understand the propane business to effectively sell its products and services.
