Marketing Manager

This position conducts market analysis, conducts sales calls, and evaluates the results and effectiveness of sales activity. He/she supports business development activities and helps establish strong, lasting relationships with new and existing referral sources. The person develops detailed sales strategies, goals, and plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of recent sales experience in the health care industry, preferably in senior or assisted living. Home health or hospice experience and a clinical background are preferred. The person will have formal sales training and the proven ability to develop and implement a sales and marketing plan.

Community Liaison, Hospice

This position educates the community about BAYADA Hospice services and the choices available for patients and their loved ones. He/she develops relationships in accordance with company standards with referral sources, physicians, and other health care professionals. The person develops community outreach goals and monitors and evaluates referral outcomes for outreach effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will preferably be a registered nurse, LPN, or social worker. He/she will preferably have prior hospice experience. The person will have strong sales and marketing experience. Knowledge of the community and the market are huge plusses. He/she will have excellent computer skills and demonstrated networking abilities.

Client Service Associate

This position works with the client services manager in delivering and coordinating client services. He/she assists in all aspects of staff recruitment and caseload management. The person helps lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing the office’s caseload by building relationships with clients, families, referral sources, and community organizations. He/she records and processes daily tasks in the electronic medical record system.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. Prior home care experience and knowledge of Medicare is a plus. He/she will be able to multi-task and maintain high productivity in a busy, fast-paced environment. The person will have strong customer service, computer, and data entry skills.
