The buyout of Coleman Homes gives Toll Brothers nearly 2,000 lots located in Ada and Canyon counties in southwestern Idaho.

Toll-Brothers-logo-WNA1Toll Brothers has opened the door to building new homes in another national market with the cash buyout of Coleman Real Estate Holdings’ 12-year presence in Boise, Idaho.

“The acquisition of Coleman Homes will enable us to expand our new initiative of serving a slightly lower price point niche in the upscale market,” CEO Douglas C. Yearley Jr. said in a Philadelphia Business Journal report by Natalie Kostelni.

That niche is affluent millennials, and the buyout gives Toll Brothers nearly 2,000 lots located in Ada and Canyon counties.

The growing Horsham homebuilder has already staked claims in the Jacksonville, Orlando, northern Virginia and Las Vegas markets, of which the latter was also acquired by Toll Brothers from Coleman Homes.
