Office Building in King of Prussia Sells for $26.8 Million
Wayne’s professional services firm, The Judge Group, has been recognized with the 2017 Commercial Office Award by the King of Prussia District. The building on The on South Warner Road in King of Prussia serves as the company's corporate headquarters.
Liberty Property Trust has sold an office building at 151 S. Warner Rd. in King of Prussia to a family-run German investment firm for $26.8 million, writes Jacob Adelman for Philly.com.
The sale, which closed late last month, was facilitated by Mike Margolis, senior managing director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, The building is currently the headquarters of the Judge Group, the tech-focused staffing firm, which signed a long-term lease in September.
This is the latest in a number of Liberty sales, which has already unloaded over $2 billion in non-core real estate over the last three years.
