Liberty Property Trust has sold an office building at 151 S. Warner Rd. in King of Prussia to a family-run German investment firm for $26.8 million, writes Jacob Adelman for Philly.com.
The sale, which closed late last month, was facilitated by Mike Margolis, senior managing director with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, The building is currently the headquarters of the Judge Group, the tech-focused staffing firm, which signed a long-term lease in September.
This is the latest in several Liberty Propert Trust sales, which has already unloaded over $2 billion in non-core real estate over the last three years.
