Conshohocken’s family run digital health and wellness retailer LuckyVitamin keeps its offices fun while meeting the needs of its employees, writes Clara Lefton for Philadelphia Business Journal.

Starting from the natural feel of the reception area to the open office space, employees are surrounded by the company’s corporate wellness values taken from its manifesto and mission statement.

The decade old company began as a pharmacy and health foods store before shifting its operations completely online.

The offices at 555 E. North Lane also include extra benefits ranging from its cafe ‘Lucky Bistro’ to walls covered in inspirational art.

“This space provided us the availability to take down inside walls for open work areas and allow for great natural light all around,” said Sam Wolf, LuckyVitamin’s founder and chief wellness spreader. ”Our break room has a full wall of windows where everyone enjoys gathering.”

Its incentive program provides opportunities for staff to give back by volunteering and supporting local charitable fitness events and to take part in various activities such as running, yoga groups, meditation, and even adult coloring books
