Member Service Representative

This position cross-sells and uncovers sales opportunities while delivering extraordinary member service to both existing and potential new members. He/she educates existing and potential members about the benefits of banking with TruMark Financial. The person thoroughly understands each service and benefit that the credit union offers and how the interrelate into one financial package.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent with a good mathematical aptitude. He/she will have a minimum one year of branch or equivalent experience with a financial institution. The person will have effective communication and organization skills.

Business Development – TruMark@Work Program

This position generates leads for new members into the TruMark@Work program by offering TruMark’s services to businesses within the community charter. He/she develops new prospects and engages existing business members to participate in the program. The person coordinates all aspects of the TruMark@Work program events that are held on-site at the business location.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, education, or a related field. He/she must have a minimum five years of prior community relations experience in a financial institution or corporate marketing department. Past experience in the financial industry or secondary education is a plus.

Assistant Branch Manager

This position is responsible for the overall performance of member service representatives and assists the branch manager in achieving all sales and performance goals. He/she maintains a minimum rating of satisfactory on annual audits, eliminating exceptions through the implementation of sound audit control practices. The person coaches, trains, and mentors all branch personnel in all areas of credit union operations.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree and/or three years of branch or equivalent experience with a financial institution, preferably in a supervisory capacity. He/she will have excellent communication, multi-tasking, and conflict resolution skills.
