Manager, QC Analytical Services

This position will provide bioanalytical technical expertise and support for the Quality Control department and will oversee the site’s Stability Program and support staff. He/she will focus on test method development, optimization, validation, transfer, CMC documentation preparation, R&D Project Support, and Stability Program management. The person will lead laboratory investigations, prepare technical risk assessments, and provide technical oversight of QC analytical activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. degree in chemistry, biology, or other relevant field. He/she must have five to seven years of experience in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry, as well as at minimum three years in a supervisory role. He/she must have strong knowledge in protein chemistry and standard analytical techniques in the biopharmaceutical industry. The person must have thorough knowledge of, and stay current with, regulatory guidance and compendia relevant to laboratories and pharmaceutical manufacturing.

Warehouse Operations Specialist

This position is responsible for the daily operation of the Horsham GMP Warehouse including maintaining control of GMP inventory and supplies by receiving, storing, dispensing, and delivering materials; shipping of controlled, hazardous, and non-controlled materials; and overseeing personnel assisting in these operations. He/she is responsible for the storage of GMP materials under appropriate environmental conditions and dispensing said materials for manufacturing while maintaining proper chain-of-custody and transfer protocols. The person will also be responsible for training personnel assisting with dispensing and warehousing activities.

The ideal candidate will have a five to seven years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industries and in GMP manufacturing or dispensing and working in controlled environments. The person must have experience with temperature controlled shipping and logistics. He/she must have working knowledge of cGMP practices for biopharmaceutical products. SAP/ERP experience is preferred.
