This position serves as a member of the college’s senior leadership team, shapes recruitment and marketing strategies that make the case for attending the college, and attracts, enrolls, and retains a diverse, passionate, and intellectually gifted body of undergraduate and graduate students.

The ideal candidate will possess an awareness of market and societal trends affecting college enrollment, deep knowledge of recruiting strategies, and a track record of success of expanding the pool of highly qualified candidates.

Senior Associate Director of Bryn Mawr Fund Marketing

This position helps create a comprehensive strategy for short and long term donor growth of The Bryn Mawr Fund, develops and executes a strategic communications plan annually to maximize fundraising results through segmented cross-channeled mass communications, and oversees donor communications.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of three to five years of progressively responsible and relevant experience in fundraising, management experience, and knowledge of internet technology and trends in giving.
