Loan Officer – Home Loan Specialist

This position will gain a comprehensive understanding of the home loan process, and enrich his/her career by earning required licensing on-the-job. The person will begin by attending the Home Loan Specialist Academy while being supported by designated development managers, the training department, Senior HLSs, and Sales Management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and organization skills, as well as the ability to learn quickly and retain information. He/she will have a passion for sales, and be detail-oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Previous work experience in the financial/mortgage field is a plus, but not required.

Funding Coordinator

This position will manage the client relationship from the issuance of the Initial Closing Disclosure through closing and funding. He/she will monitor queues to ensure loan is reviewed and funded in a timely manner and within the Vendor SLA. The person will resolve any escalated issues or compliance failures in a timely and accurate manner, and will act as a client advocate by proactively calling and/or e-mailing for the appropriate suspended items.

The ideal candidate will have two to five years of mortgage experience, preferably in closing and/or processing. He/she will have knowledge of federal and state regulations, and experience with secondary market sources and products. The person will have the ability to identify and analyze issues and develop cohesive solutions that benefit the client and entire organization.

Mortgage Loan Processor

This position acts as the hub of communication to all parties and will proactively communicate, via phone, and/or email with Customers, Vendors, and internal Ditech partners. He/she will a strong knowledge of Conventional full doc purchase and refinance transactions and credit qualifying government loans. The person will have knowledge of core underwriting guidelines to effectively review and validate essential Customer documentation and prepare the file for underwriting.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at least two to three years of mortgage processing experience. He/she will have the ability to handle multiple priorities and produce results, and will have proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
