This position reviews and communicates changes to loan applications to customers, handles rate and term changes to loans, restructures and resells loans in process, and applies pricing exceptions as needed within guidelines.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a college degree, a minimum of two years of previous work experience in mortgage industry sales, processing, or underwriting, and has successfully passed the SAFE Act and meets current state licensing requirements.

Capital Markets Pricing Analyst

This position supports the distribution of the best-execution rate sheet for all origination channels, timely and accurately re-prices rate sheets as necessary, and develops new product pricing for secondary markets.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field and a minimum of five years of experience in the job offered or three years of experience in the mortgage process from origination to servicing.
