Director, Vigilance

This position maintains oversight of the Vigilance System and maintains an overview of the safety profiles and any emerging safety concerns in relation to the company’s medicinal device products. He/she monitors the safety profiles of the MAH’s medical device products and continuous overall vigilance evaluation during the post-authorization period. The person oversees any post-authorization vigilance commitments and risk management activities for medical device products.

The ideal candidate will possess a medical or life science degree. He/she will have substantial experience in the medical device industry, a good understanding of normal and pathological physiological function, and excellent knowledge of pharmacology. Experience in pharmaco vigilance activities is a plus.

HR Systems Specialist

This position is responsible for day-to-day maintenance, system change, and oversight of the MyHR system. He/she identifies current and potential HR service issues and problems across the organization and drives the evolution of the HR system functionality. The person establishes key performance indicators, metrics, and short and long term targets and develops predictive meaningful models for employee attrition, retention, and turnover.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and solid, relevant experience. CIPD or related certification is preferred. The person will have demonstrated proficiency and experience in analytics, systems, and processes. He/she must have HRIS support experience, and experience with SuccessFactors is highly desired.

Customer Service Specialist

This position manages inbound and outbound calls to and from healthcare providers and sales managers as a single point of contact to resolve issues, answer questions, or connect the caller with the next level of BTG expertise. He/she acts as an expert in all BTG processes and experiences for healthcare providers and patients. The person manages calls and follow up processes around product quality and medical questions related to BTG products.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. Medical industry or healthcare administration experience is preferred. He/she will have experience with Veeva or other CRM applications and call center experience.
