Some of its services include drug development and regulatory strategy plans, phase I clinical trials, phase II through IV multi-center clinical trials, development and analysis of integrated global clinical databases, and preparation and submission of regulatory filings in North America and Europe. HR Business Partner 3

This position delivers operational and consultative support to business leaders, functional managers, and employees. He/she identifies training needs for business units, client programs, and individual executive coaching needs for company leaders. The person diagnoses, influences, facilitates, and implements solutions using a consultative approach with line management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. He/she will have a minimum of four years of HR experience as an HR business partner. The person will preferably have a minimum of four years of experience within a pharmaceutical organization.

Drug Safety Center Manager

This position manages resource and resource projections to meet client expectations and contractual obligations. He/she monitors projects to ensure that PRA profitability and project goals are met. The person supports the development of standard operating procedures and investigates process-related issues. The person consults on safety processes and regulatory compliance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a clinical, science, or health-related field or equivalent work experience. He/she will have a minimum of three to five years experience in pharmacovigilance and/or related services. The person will have experience preparing, implementing, and managing group operational plans, budgets, and profitability.

Feasibility Specialist 3

This position supports the study placement managers by providing intelligence services with regard to study placement and enrollment and post-study site and country performance analysis. He/she supports enrollment projections and enrollment-tracking activities as needed. The person provides ad-hoc analysis as required to support internal business needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a scientific or health-related field. He/she will have a minimum of four years of experience in clinical trial operations, preferably in the set-up, management, or monitoring of clinical trials. The person will work well in a dynamic environment and respond to the changing needs of the business.
