Anyone looking to get truly pampered on the Main Line now has the perfect opportunity, thanks to the new Essent Spa in Radnor Township which prides itself as the only resort-style spa experience in the area, writes Linda Stein for Mainline Media News.

Dr. Alison Abiri has opened the Essent Spa in a 3,000-square-foot space which shares its lobby and reception desk with Jay Michael Salon.

“We are a luxury destination,” added Abiri. “We are the place to go for spa treatments.”

The spa complements the plastic surgery practice of her husband, Dr. Raymond Jean and offers medical treatments such as Botox and body sculpture with SculpSure.

There is also a bridal boot camp to ensure that brides look their best at the wedding and grooms are not left out. They can also go through a special program for the big day to ensure they look their best.

“It’s an all-inclusive spa but there’s privacy,” said Abiri, adding that thanks to the setup, no one will know if a client is there for a massage or for body sculpting.
