Merchant Account Specialist
This position ensures that all necessary account applications are received, reviews processing options and pricing scales with prospects, and coordinates with processing partners regarding account setup. He/she provides orientation in use of gateway reporting tools, responds to phone and email requests for assistance from clients, and identifies, diagnoses, and resolves technical problems. The person will document problems, solutions, and actions taken in a CRM system, and will serve as a transaction processing resource/expert for clients, sales, and customer service teams.
The ideal candidate will possess Accounting/Bookeeping experience, and have two to three years of experience in the customer service industry. He/she should have excellent problem-solving abilities, and a technical orientation and familiarity with standard software applications (Word, Excel, Google Apps).

Software Engineer Developer
This position will participate in the on-going development of new features and enhancements for applications, while periodically being involved in other company-wide development initiatives. He/she will recommend improvements to both the technology and business functionality of the product. The person will quickly investigate and resolve system defects and errors, and will ensure best practices are employed throughout the process.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field, and have five to six years of experience in web application development using Microsoft C#, VB .NET, ASP.NET, MVC, AJAX/jQuery, and related technologies. He/she should be experienced in web application evaluation, testing, configuration and implementation. The person will have the proven ability to work well with others on a team, but will be capable of operating and delivering work independently.

UX Designer/Developer
This position will design visual layout for SofterWare’s web-based products to enhance aesthetic appeal and maximize usability. He/she will work with Development teams to refine project requirements and design workflows consistent with those requirements. The person will collaborate with various stakeholders to refine designs, and will translate design ideas into markup and assets for Developers to implement.
The ideal candidate will have two to four years of demonstrated experience in UI design, and will have strong proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. He/she will have strong knowledge of HTML and CSS, and knowledge of contemporary web design standards and best practices.
