Business Support Analyst

This position helps ensure overall company compliance with corporate policies and regulatory requirements. He/she maintains appropriate documentation, reports, and the adequate and timely testing of internal controls, and assists in conducting self-assessments to understand the risk environment and ensure proper controls are in place by forging internal and external relationships. The person monitors consistency of compliance in all areas, and provides feedback and training to production staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have experience with mortgage procedures and workflow. He/she should have familiarity with mortgage-related laws, including SAFE ACT, UDAAP, TILA, RESPA, FTC, GLB, FFIEC, ECOA, and CFPB rules and regulations. The person will have interviewing skills to internally gain full understanding of how different departments conduct business to ensure compliance.

Secondary Marketing Analyst

This position confirms funding for multiple warehouse lines in multiple systems, manages the registration and transfer of all loans in MERS, and bundle funding packages. He/she assists in shipping and tracking of Notes, and clears collateral exceptions. The person scans and uploads final documents to LOS, and is involved in lock desk and product development.

The ideal candidate will be organized and detail-oriented, and have basic software skills. Excel knowledge is a plus.

Disclosure Analyst

This position is responsible for review and acceptance of all new residential loan applications, initial three-day disclosures, and updating loan origination system, then forwarding the complete application to the borrower. He/she is responsible for loan file validation, including RESPA/TILA disclosures and other regulatory requirements. The person is also responsible for re-disclosing when the loan has a qualifying change of circumstance.

The ideal candidate will be organized and have a high level of understanding regarding RESPA and TILA. The person will also have the ability to communicate effectively.
