Processor

The position supports the entire organization by monitoring the Post Watch system, multiple company phones lines, email inboxes, and corporate faxes. This role provides timely and accurate transaction processing of exception and miscellaneous items related to payroll, billing, and accounts payable with an emphasis on auditing, quality assurance, and controls. He/she will process invoice adjustments, payroll discrepancies, expense reports, vendor invoices, and other various paperwork.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Accounting, and have at least one year of experience in payroll, billing, and accounts payable plus solid working knowledge of basic accounting concepts. Also required is excellent oral and written communication skills.

Manager, Payroll Processing

This position will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure accurate and timely administration of all nationwide payroll processing functions for approximately 65,000 employees, including garnishment administration for more than 4,500 employees, and final pay compliance for terminated employees. Primary responsibilities include directly supervising a corporate-based team of five that includes payroll and garnishment specialists, and reviewing and approving all daily off cycle payroll controls, positive pay files, and NACHA transmissions.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree, and possess at least five years of payroll processing experience. He/she will also have at least three years of experience effectively managing a team of employees with an emphasis on the delivery of superior payroll services and internal client satisfaction.

Software Engineer

This position will provide new programs, program changes, and problem resolution for IT-related systems critical to core organizational functions. He/she will develop business applications that support company’s services, and will help define and analyze business requirements for applications. The person will also analyze and evaluate business problems and devise computer programs and related procedures to process data and resolve problems.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least four years of experience. He/she will have working knowledge of object-oriented programming practices, such as design patterns, UML, and systems architecture. The person will also have experience using .NET framework (C# preferred).
