Many assume triplets would make the same decision, because, well, they are triplets. That is not the case for Glenside’s Tori, Eddie, and Kate Knab, writes Linda Finarelli for The Times Herald.

The trio, who graduated from North Penn High School last June, are all now freshmen at Arcadia University, but for very different reasons.

Kate, an English major, decided on Arcadia to feed her travel bug through its First Year Study Abroad program and jetted off to London on Sept. 3. Meanwhile, her sister Tori, who is majoring in Biology, was drawn to its variety of activities. For Chemistry major Eddie, he opted for Arcadia due to its stellar reputation for its science and physical therapy programs.

All three agree, however, that being at the same university is neither a positive, nor a negative.

“I’m indifferent, but if you need someone to hang out with … ,” said Tori.

“The fact that they did come; it’s nice to have someone you know,” said Kate.

“It’s nice having a familiar face,” Eddie said.
