Equipment Sales Engineer

This position utilizes the account management process to identify key customers and to develop specific action plans to grow identified accounts. He/she develops long-term customer relationships with assigned accounts such as contractors, consulting engineers, or owners, and will work toward making TES the preferred supplier of HVAC equipment. The person identifies potential opportunities with existing and new customers, and collects project data and compares to the office’s capabilities.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, and have three to five years of experience selling HVAC equipment. He/she must have the demonstrated ability to influence the market at the necessary levels. The person must be mature, credible, and comfortable in dealing with customers and vendors.

Energy Sales Engineer

This position is expected to develop a financial-based energy solution that reduces clients’ energy consumption while improving building performance and comfort. The solutions offered are a combination of the latest energy saving technologies and traditional energy conservation measures. Examples include mechanical system upgrades, cogeneration, lighting system upgrades, building controls optimization, retro commissioning, Energy Star benchmarking/certification, along with bundled mechanical and SMART service agreements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in engineering, technology, marketing, or business, and have five years of experience in the HVAC energy-related business segment. The person must be comfortable in an entrepreneurial/innovative position with high levels of accountability.

Credit and Collections Specialist

This position will participate in all credit and collection functions, including credit review, customer set-up, and all collection efforts on assigned accounts up to and including outsourcing to a third party for collections/legal. He/she uses established relationships both internal and external, and works to resolve A/R and billing issues and disputes. The person will complete paperwork, including lien waivers, payment vouchers, and information requests as required for individual account management.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in business, and have at least three years of commercial credit/collection experience. He/she must be self-driven and results-oriented with a positive outlook and a clear focus on high quality and business profit.
