Manager & Pricing Actuary

This position works with internal and external customers to handle pricing needs for sister companies with market share over $3B countrywide. The pricing services include data development, a reporting platform for self-service pricing reports, exposure management, predictive analytics, rate maintenance, large account pricing, and product development.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in actuarial science, math, finance, or economics. He/she should have at least five years of property and casualty actuarial experience, including prior supervisory experience. The person should also have experience with predictive analytics from a beginning-to-end perspective.

IT Manager

This position is responsible for management of business applications and services that are built and delivered by third party vendors. He/she oversees all aspects and day-to-day activities of the application management and support arrangements. The person coordinates with application owners, project managers, quality assurance, infrastructure, and vendors to prioritize the upgrades, enhancement requests, and support issues. The position also translates strategic goals to action plan and helps in implementation, as well as identifies risks and mitigation strategies.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, MIS, or a related technical discipline. He/she should have at least eight years of experience in Software Development, System Engineering, or Information Management. The person should also have experience with leading application providers in Insurance Industry: Insurity, OneShield, Sapiens, Hyland, Vertafore, EMC, or similar.

Desktop Support Analyst

This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer support and problem-resolution services to desktop, laptop, and mobile device users across TMNAS client companies. He/she will provide Tier 3 incident management and issue resolution services; coordinate day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and performs routine administrative tasks; provide Tier 2 support as needed. The person will also create and maintain documentation on incidents and issues handled and support provided.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, and have five to nine years of experience in a Desktop technician role. He/she should have experience in enterprise scale operating environments with a wide range of technologies.
