Program Consultant

This position receives program cancellation requests via inbound calls and emails. He/she is responsible for retaining customers on the Nutrisystem program to achieve weight loss goals. This position is accountable for generating sales and meeting established monthly metrics by drawing out concerns, providing solutions, and motivating customers to continue with their weight loss program while providing exceptional service. The person will generate revenue by using persuasive sales skills to retain customers on program.

The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of nutrition, fitness, heath, and weight loss maintenance. He/she will have the ability to multitask and to overcome customer objections, identify problems, and resolve concerns. The person must have an expressive personality with excellent oral and written communication skills.

Database Analytics Manager

This position will track trends and monitor factors impacting revenue, communicating key drivers and variances to management. He/she will build/improve current reporting procedures to monitor business and identify red flags. The person will support analysis, discussions, and conclusions around reactivation revenue, revenue per customer, life time value, length of stay, and price/promotion. The position will also identify the key touch points/factors that influence/predict customer behavior.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in economics, statistics, mathematics, research methods, statistical analytics, or a related field. He/she must have three to five years of experience in SAS and be proficient in Excel. The person must have three to five years of business experience, manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
