Sales Account Manager

This position will cultivate new relationships and close sales leads in new schools/districts through consultative selling. He/she will expand sales of products and services in existing schools/districts within the territory through a relationship-based approach. The person will create and manage territory and account plans, as well as a territory revenue pipeline, and will be the expert in his/her territory on market conditions, competitive activities, and trends in education.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have at three years of Education Sales experience with a record of meeting or exceeding quota. A background in teaching/curriculum development/administration is highly preferred but not necessary. The person will have the demonstrated ability to identify and understand complex customer needs and determine appropriate solutions in a consultative manner.

Business Systems Developer

This position will build custom, web-based front-ends to simplify order entry, bill of materials maintenance, item maintenance, and more. He/she will perform periodic system upgrades, scale infrastructure and systems to support rapid growth, and design and run reports. Systems Currently In-Use are Sage 500 (Formerly MAS 500), Infor CRM (Formerly SalesLogix), and Crystal Reports.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP, WMS, and/or CRM systems. Experience managing any of the systems listed above is a plus. He/she should be able to build web-based tools that interact with business systems and databases, and be able to work in an environment that includes: PHP, Microsoft SQL Server, HTML 5, CSS, JavaScript (jQuery), Git, and Linux.

Academic Partnerships Coordinator

This position will develop relationships and serve as the liaison between ARC and schools or academic partners. He/she will manage internal and external stakeholders regarding deliverables and timelines for projects, and serve as support and strategic partner for members of the Curriculum and Instruction Department. The person will maintain accurate partnership records and track open items, and become an expert on ARC products and services.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree, and have previous inside sales experience, preferably in education sales. He/she will have the ability to multi-task and work independently, and collaborate and work with a team on complex implementations. The person will have outstanding problem-solving skills and willingness to take initiative.
