After several reported deaths of toddlers and numerous injuries caused from its furniture toppling, the Conshohocken-based U.S. headquarters of IKEA is recalling 29 million dressers and chests nationwide, writes Saabira Chaudhuri for The Wall Street Journal.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, the recall will include 8 million chests and dressers from IKEA’s popular Malm line and an additional 21 million others.

IKEA has been informed of over 41 tip-over incidents with its Malm chests and dressers, all of which were not anchored to a wall said the CPSC. In 2014, several incidents resulted in the death of small children after they were pinned down by the fallen furniture.

The CPSC has asked customers to immediately stop using any recalled furniture items that are not anchored to a wall and to contact IKEA for either a refund or a wall-anchoring kit.

Ikea will provide refunds to customers for chests and dressers bought between January 2002 and June 2016. Any purchased before 2002 are eligible for a partial store credit.
