Associate Director of Alumni Relations

This position coordinates the strategic development, implementation, and execution of new and existing alumni and student events, programs, and services. He/she coordinates the strategic and logistical management of volunteer programs and services designed to engage and cultivate a national and international network of alumni and student volunteers. The person partners with various university departments to develop programs, events, and volunteer activities that promote alumni leadership and advocacy, and support University programming, fundraising, outreach, and student recruitment goals.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have a minimum of three to five years of relevant experience in program development, event management, or volunteer management. He/she should have strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Assistant Director for Student Outreach

This position is responsible for representing Arcadia’s more than 130 programs in 14 countries. As a member of the Enrollment Management team, the incumbent is responsible for management and daily oversight of the Student Outreach team of Program Representatives in matters related to inquiry management, student outreach, and recruitment. He/she will work closely with other units of the College to identify and implement strategic approaches to enrollment growth.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree – a Master’s Degree is preferred – and have at least five years of experience in higher education. He/she will have a thorough knowledge of study abroad and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Associate Business Analyst

This position will support domestic and international staff of all of administrative systems, including the areas of admissions, finance, academic affairs, and student services. He/she will design and develop reports for users, create web reports and online forms for end users, and integrate the web forms with the campus ERP system. He/she will perform database cleanup, deduplication, and data validation, and will troubleshoot and solve system problems when they arise.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have three years of experience in higher education. He/she will have the demonstrated ability to learn new IT systems quickly, and will also have problem-solving, research, and analytical skills.
