AVP Financial Planning & Analysis

This position leads financial planning and analysis for the company including management reporting, expense reporting, and forecasting, develops operational metrics, and analyzes variances and business trends to determine actual vs. forecast changes.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess an MBA, CPA or FSA certification, a minimum of ten to 15 years of experience in financial planning & analysis in a leadership role, and a life insurance background.

Payroll Administrator

This position ensures, timely, accurate payroll processing and appropriate maintenance of payroll data and records, assists with the day-to-day operations in the payroll area, and processes salary changes, bonuses, loans, adjustments, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree or equivalent, a minimum of five years of experience in a complex hands-on payroll processing environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, payroll systems, and Internet software.

Audit Specialist

This position researches, plans, and conducts integrated audit assignments to assess the effectiveness of financial, operational, and system controls, monitors the completion of action plans, and provides internal audit support on corporate projects.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or finance, CPA certification, a minimum of five years of internal audit or public accounting experience with financial services companies, and experience in auditing life insurance and investments.
