Clinical Outsourcing Manager

This position will establish strong business partnerships with clients to understand contracting challenges and develop simplified, cost-effective resolutions. He/she will provide expert outsourcing advice to the client groups by developing detailed specifications, analyzing proposals, and negotiating and executing contracts. The person will ensure clients are aware of their role in the overall contracting process, including the due diligence and oversight requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related discipline. He/she will have experience within the Pharmaceutical or Contract Research Industries, coupled with detailed knowledge of the clinical development processes and/or Clinical research experience (Phase I – IV).

Director of Genomics Research

This position will lead a small team of scientists exploring the function of genes and gene variants in multiple disease areas by designing, engineering, and utilizing custom recombinant reagents for target/pathway validation studies in relevant cellular models. The person will help identify and champion new drug targets, lead research projects, manage schedules and resources, and supervise other scientists to achieve project objectives and deliver results.

The ideal candidate will possess a Ph.D. in molecular biology, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related discipline, and have at least five years of experience in an academic, clinical, or industry research environment. He/she should have a record of leading innovative research as evidenced by an excellent publication record in peer-reviewed journals.

Engineering Data Analyst

This position will provide direct oversight and reporting of key quality and compliance data associated with facility asset maintenance in order to demonstrate robust control of Worldwide Real Estate and Facilities (WREF) services and sites. He/she will analyze information on historical trends in order to drive ongoing improvements in reliability, efficiency, and performance of physical assets.

The ideal candidate will possess an Associate’s Degree, and have skills with regulated IT systems. Experience in data analytics is required, as is experience prioritizing and resolving complex data-related technical issues associated with facility assets. He/she should have familiarity with the use of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for work order planning/scheduling, spare parts/inventory management, and asset master data tracking.
