Senior Benefits Specialist

This position is responsible for the administration of Health and Welfare, Retirement Benefits, and Vacation Management for more than 60,000 employees. There is also the opportunity to work remote one day a week. Responsibilities include providing world-class customer service resolving internal employee’s questions related to Benefits Plan, and facilitating, leading, and delivering on assigned projects with I.T. and other internal departments.

The ideal candidate will possess at least five years of Health and Welfare Benefits Administration experience. A Bachelor’s Degree is preferred but not required. Leadership skills to promote and embody company culture, values, and beliefs are required. He/she must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while also working in a team-oriented, collaborative culture.

IT Technical Support Specialist

This position will provide technical support and training with software and hardware to internal end-users primarily through in-bound phone calls. Additional responsibilities include providing assistance to internal customers and end-users on software and hardware issues and questions, and configuring and maintaining personal computer hardware, including PC, notebooks, printers, etc. He/she will also assist network operations in maintaining network connectivity.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or have completed a Technology Certificate Program. He/she should have at least one to two years of previous support desk experience. A positive, friendly attitude to internal clients is essential to provide a high level of customer service using excellent communication skills to all levels of employees and management.

Software Engineer

This position will provide new programs, program changes, and problem resolution for IT-related systems critical to core organizational functions. He/she will develop business applications that support company’s services, and will help define and analyze business requirements for applications. The person will also analyze and evaluate business problems and devise computer programs and related procedures to process data and resolve problems.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least four years of experience. He/she will have working knowledge of object-oriented programming practices, such as design patterns, UML, and systems architecture. The person will also have experience using .NET framework (C# preferred).
