Kristin Rosen reflects on her career growth at CCRES, starting as a personal care assistant and evolving into her current role as a HR recruiter.

At CCRES, career growth often begins in the field and evolves into new opportunities that continue to support the mission in different ways.

Kristin Rosen’s journey reflects that path, starting as a personal care assistant and growing into a role in human resources where she now helps connect others to meaningful work.

Her experience highlights how CCRES invests in its employees, creating pathways for advancement while keeping them closely tied to the impact they make every day.

“What I love most about working for CCRES is giving back to our staff, to the individuals with whom our staff works, and to our communities,” she said.

That commitment to giving back is central to the organization’s identity. Whether supporting students directly or strengthening the teams that serve them, CCRES fosters a culture where growth, purpose, and community are deeply connected.

Employees are empowered to expand their careers while continuing to make a difference, reinforcing a mission that extends well beyond the classroom and into the communities it serves.
