UBS Taps New Regional Leader, Prepares to Leave Conshohocken Office

UBS names a new leader overseeing its Conshohocken team and plans a move to Radnor as part of growth in the Philly market.

A major wealth management firm with a presence in Montgomery County is entering a new chapter, writes Jeff Blumenthal for The Philadelphia Business Journal.

UBS recently named Patricia Cashin as senior market director for the Greater Philadelphia region.

Cashin will oversee five local offices, including one in Conshohocken, and help manage more than $50 billion in assets. Her appointment comes as UBS looks to strengthen its position in the Philadelphia market following recent leadership changes.

The appointment comes with a notable shift. UBS plans to relocate its Conshohocken office on West Elm Street to the Radnor Financial Center later this year, marking the end of a long-standing presence in the borough. The new Radnor space is expected to feature a more collaborative layout, with team suites, updated meeting areas, and modern workspaces.

Company leaders say the relocation will place the firm closer to a concentration of affluent clients along the Main Line while modernizing its office footprint. The redesigned space is part of a broader effort to create more dynamic environments that support teamwork and growth.

Cashin said the focus moving forward is on expanding UBS’s presence in the region, whether through recruiting or organic growth, while maintaining its reputation as a top destination for both clients and financial professionals.
