Villanova ranked among the 25 hottest luxury markets in the United States in the fourth quarter of 2025, according to Joanne Drilling and Ryan Mulligan for the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The Business Journal’s latest analysis used ZIP code-level mortgage and real estate data from Intercontinental Exchange to determine the hottest luxury housing markets nationwide.
These rankings focus not just on the priciest or most popular markets, but also on ZIP codes that are currently experiencing the fastest growth in activity.
From October to December, Villanova’s 19085 ZIP code, which ranked No. 25, saw an average sales price of $1.9 million, a slight rise from $1.89 million in the prior quarter. Compared with the same period in 2024, prices jumped 20 percent from $1.59 million.
In the fourth quarter, Villanova added 15 new listings, averaging $2.55 million, with homes in the 19085 ZIP code taking roughly 79 days to sell after being listed.
Villanova is at the forefront of the broader Main Line housing market, which continues to see high prices and competitive bidding despite changes in the overall residential market.
